Commercial Account Executive
WorkSpan, Remote – (Aug 2022 - December 2023)
- #1 of 8 Commercial AEs during my 1st fully ramped quarter in Q4‘FY23, and held the highest win rate. Was strict in conversions
- For Q4’FY24, closed another deal within a week of being laid off (Reduction In Force) by continuing to follow up with my client
- Selected to represent team in SKO to share best practices, 4 Cs of Selling - Curiosity, Creativity, Compassion, Collaboration
- Developed team culture - tradition to celebrate team birthdays, sharing micro wins space (#sales-tips channel), weekly AE sync
- Taught and mentored BDRs and other AEs to help with messaging and was the go-to person to troubleshoot on any tools/tech
- Adopted Customer Success and Account Management responsibilities, owning renewals and expansions, saved 2 from churn
- Worked closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships to generate new Target Account Lists (1000+)

Strategic Outbound Specialist
Scratchpad, Remote – (September 2021 - June 2022)
- 1st role hire in charge of figuring out unique Outbound motion for Scratchpad through a series of special projects & initiatives
- Ranked #1/16 for Social Selling Index. Developed a LinkedIn strategy to increase brand awareness and top of funnel interest
- Maintained CRM by being the #1 user of Scratchpad internally by having double the 2nd highest person of meaningful updates
